Fire Extinguisher Cabinet Manufacturing Process :

Steel sheets are first subjected to quality control checks and receive QC approval before entering production. Sheets are then sent to the cutting unit where they are trimmed to the customer’s required dimensions. For easier bending, corner notching is also performed.
Adar Tavan Nami utilizes advanced machinery for cutting and notching. This minimizes welding requirements and increases the final product’s structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
After cutting, the sheets are transferred to the punching unit for operations such as lock slot cutting, spare key placement, ventilation, and pipe entry holes.
After punching, the sheets are transferred to the bending unit which is a very important and sensitive step. Bending is done using CNC press brake machines, which ensure precision by controlling four axes (up, down, left, right). This results in smooth, accurate bends and a clean, professional cabinet appearance.
Cabinets are then welded using state-of-the-art welding systems, ensuring strength and durability.
In the final stage, cabinets undergo degreasing and phosphate treatment, then dried completely before painting.All Adar Tavan Nami fire extinguisher cabinets are finished with oven-cured electrostatic powder coating (leather-textured) in specialized paint booths. The painted cabinets are then cured in ovens at 250°C for 30 minutes, making them ready for assembly and packaging.

All materials entering Adar Tavan Nami’s production line, including iron, various grades of stainless steel, paint, and accessories, are subjected to strict QC checks before being released for production. As a certified vendor on the NIOC Vendor List (MOP Long List), Adar Tavan Nami also works with approved sub-vendors. For example, the powder coatings used are sourced from Pooshesh Fam, and triple-layer coatings are supplied by Rangin Zereh, ensuring full traceability and compliance with client requirements.
Stainless steel comes in different grades (different degrees and ratings). Adar Tavan Nami uses Grade 304 stainless steel as standard. In environments prone to high humidity and corrosion, Grade 316 stainless steel is utilized due to its superior resistance to environmental damage. For urban or decorative projects, colored stainless steel may also be used upon customer request.
Ultimately, each material has its own specific standards. The QC department ensures the purity and reliability of all inputs at the very beginning of the production process to meet international standards.
