Ader Tavan Nami – Manufacturer and Exporter of Firefighting Equipment and Fire Extinguisher Cabinets
What Is a Fire Hose Box (Fire Extinguisher Cabinet)?
A fire hose box — also known as a fire extinguisher cabinet or simply a fire box is one of the most effective pieces of equipment for fighting fires in residential buildings, office buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, and more.
As the name suggests, fire hose boxes ( fire extinguisher cabinets ) are enclosures built to house firefighting systems. They typically contain fire hose reels, fire extinguishers, rescue tools, and other emergency equipment.
After hand-held fire extinguishers, these cabinets are among the very first firefighting tools used in the initial moments after a fire is detected.
Ader Tavan Nami’s fire hose boxes ( fire extinguisher cabinets ) serve a vital function: clearing the surrounding area of smoke and heat, speeding up fire suppression, preventing flashback, and buying valuable time for occupants to escape. Because they connect to the wet and dry firefighting network, they also serve as one of the most important water sources for operational teams during firefighting.

Production Of Safety And Firefighting Equipment
Ader Tavan Nami, manufacturer and exporter of firefighting equipment
Fire hose boxes (fire extinguisher cabinets) are among the most widely used firefighting tools, found extensively in residential, office, commercial, and industrial settings, as well as power plants, refineries, and more. Although manufacturing a fire hose box may look simple at first glance, producing a high-quality cabinet one that allows rapid response in a fire and holds up to harsh weather conditions without losing its original quality takes real experience and technical know-how.
Ader Tavan Nami manufactures a broad, diverse range of fire hose boxes (fire extinguisher cabinets), including urban cabinets for residential, commercial, and office use, as well as heavy-duty industrial cabinets for factories, refineries, and power plants.
The manufacturing process for a fire hose box is as follows:
In the first stage, steel sheets pass through the factory’s quality control (QC) inspection and are approved to enter the production line. They are then sent to the cutting unit, where the sheets are cut to the customer’s required dimensions, and their corners are trimmed to make the later bending process easier.
At the Ader Tavan Nami factory, cutting and corner-trimming are carried out with the most advanced machinery available. Trimming the corners reduces the amount of welding needed on the cabinet, which significantly raises the final quality of the product.
After cutting and corner-trimming, the cabinets move to the punching unit, where every punching operation is carried out — the lock location, the spare key slot, the ventilation opening, and the pipe inlets. Once punching is complete, the cabinets move into the bending stage. Advanced bending equipment is essential to producing a quality fire hose box. At Ader Tavan Nami, all bending is done on CNC press brake machines, which control all four axes (top, bottom, left, and right), resulting in far higher bending precision and a much more refined final appearance. After bending, the cabinets move to the welding unit, where all welding is performed using the latest advanced equipment.
The final stage of production is painting. Here, the cabinets first pass through degreasing and phosphating baths, and once fully dry, they’re ready to be painted. Every cabinet produced at Ader Tavan Nami is finished with an electrostatic, oven-baked powder coating. After entering the paint booth and receiving their coating, the cabinets are placed in an oven and baked at 250°C for 30 minutes. They are then ready for hardware installation and packaging.
Ader Tavan Nami – Manufacturer and Exporter of Firefighting Equipment and Fire extinguisher Cabinets
We have proudly been the choice of the best for more than 15 years!

safety is essential!
As a token of appreciation to our valued customers and to guarantee product quality, all Ader Tavan Nami products come with 1-year warranty, 10 years of aftersales service and also traceable warranty code available on our website.
The steps above describe Ader Tavan Nami’s production as a whole. Every material that enters the factory steel, the various grades of stainless steel, paint, hardware, and other consumables is reviewed and approved before being handed over to the production team. It’s worth noting that, since Ader Tavan Nami is listed on the National Iranian Oil Company’s vendor list (the long MOP list), its own sub-vendors are included on that list as well. For example, the powder coatings the company uses are supplied by Poushesh Fam, and the three-layer coatings are supplied by Rangin Zereh, both delivered directly to the client.
As for stainless steel, which comes in a range of different grades, Ader Tavan Nami’s standard grade is 304. For areas where moisture and corrosion are a bigger concern, 316-grade stainless steel is used instead, offering excellent resistance to moisture, corrosion, and environmental wear. For urban and decorative projects, colored stainless steel is also used on request.
In the end, each of these materials has its own particular characteristics, and one of the most important jobs our quality control team performs right from the earliest stages of production is verifying the purity and quality of every material used in manufacturing Ader Tavan Nami’s fire hose boxes (fire extinguisher cabinets) in Tehran.
To date, Ader Tavan Nami has produced more than 20 official models of fire hose boxes (fire extinguisher cabinets), built to the highest global quality standards and in full compliance with both international standards and the standards set by Iran’s national fire organization. Because Ader Tavan Nami manufactures its own firefighting equipment, there’s no limit to the designs or materials we can offer on a project. Every fire hose box we produce can be fully customized in dimensions, color, material, hidden (frameless) frame design, concealed hardware (hidden hinges), and more, based on the client’s specifications. We proudly claim to be the most customization-focused firefighting equipment manufacturer in Iran, and we never turn down a creative design a client wants built.
