Foam Maker / Foam Pourer ( ATCH2 ), also known as a Top Pourer ( ATCH2 ), is one of the core components of a foam system, responsible for discharging foam from the top of the tank directly onto the surface of the flammable liquid. Designed for fixed-roof tanks, this unit differs from the foam chamber, which injects foam from the side of the tank wall — the foam maker / foam pourer is instead mounted at the top of the tank and spreads the foam layer directly across the surface of the burning material.

The body of Ader Tavan Nami’s foam maker / foam pourer is made from ST12 steel sheet, 1.5 mm thick or heavier. This unit is manufactured with 2″, 3″, and 4″ inlet sizes and 4″, 6″, and 8″ outlet sizes, and is fitted with a 2×2.5″ valve. The top pourer’s standard working pressure is 4 bar, and the body is coated either electrostatically or with a three-layer (3LY) finish for resistance to corrosion and weather exposure. Final dimensions are determined according to each project’s drawings and work order.
