The Deluge valve skid ( ATH7 ) is a fast-acting, diaphragm-operated fire suppression valve skid engineered for rapid response in high-hazard facilities such as power plants, refineries, and oil & gas installations. Manufactured with a cast steel, naval bronze, nickel, aluminum-bronze, or stainless steel main valve body, This Product is available in sizes from 2″ to 16″ and handles a working pressure of 8–12 bar at a design temperature of up to 70°C. The main pipe is available in carbon steel, nickel, aluminum-bronze, copper-nickel, or stainless steel, while the supporting structure is built from carbon steel for long-term mechanical strength.
The skid includes a main line and bypass line configuration, with inlet connections to ASME B16.5 Class 150 and 300 flange standards, and a 3-layer paint finish (RAL320) after sandblasting for long-term corrosion resistance. This dual-line design allows the system to remain operational for maintenance or valve replacement without interrupting fire protection coverage.
